REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY


 We take utmost care to give you a good shopping experience.

All our Chikankari products are handcrafted with love by various artisans, to ensure our customers can get the best of style and quality.

We also ensure we provide pictures of the products across multiple angles to give you the best idea of the size and dimensions of the product.

We also give you a magnified view of the fabric and to ensure you get a good feel of the final product.

All this is done to empower you to take the most educated decision before making final purchase.

Post your purchase, each product undergoes a thorough Quality Check before it is dispatched via our courier partners.

In case you wish to Return or Exchange your order, or some items in your order (PAN India) here is our Return/Exchange Policy:


Return/Exchange Policy:

No return/exchange request can be accepted for any products covered under any Offers/Discount.

We accept a return or exchange of your order (or some items of the order) within Two (2) days after delivery of the order.

You can connect with us via email on [email protected]  with your concern. We will be happy to assist you with a Reverse-Pick up service or assist you in placing a return request. Please note that in case the return is not due to an error on our part, the buyer will be liable to pay due charges for return logistic. In the event of a return/exchange, we request you to accompany your return product along with the original receipts, tags and labels attached with the product. The Tags on the product must be originally intact and the product must be in an unused condition. Once the item is delivered back to our warehouse, there will be a quality check done for the product to ensure all the tags and labels are in place and the product is in its original condition as was before it was dispatched to the customer. After this is ensured, the return/exchange process will be further processed. 

In case of Exchange the customer has the option to choose a different product from our catalogue. The product selected will then be exchanged with the previous product subject to its availability. In case of products selected of higher price than the original, the price difference will have to be paid by the customer. In case of products selected of lower price than the original, the price difference will be refund back as per our Refund policy.

Refund: We will refund your due order amount in the form of Credit in your Chikankari.com  Wallet for your future shopping with us (not Cash/E-payment in your bank account).


Return/Exchange Policy for International Orders:

Disclaimer: In case you are sending us a return from an international destination, please ensure you double check the name, address and pin code for easy custom clearance.

Cancellation/ Modification of orders: In case you decide to cancel or modify your order, or some items in the order (PAN India): 

We understand that you may change your mind or wish to modify an order after you have placed it. We request you to please connect with our Customer Support Team so that they can accommodate your request and make the necessary changes to your order.

Exceptions to Request: Any cancellation/ modification of the order is subject to the following conditions:

In case of modification, the requested product in place of the ordered product should be available with us.

In case of customized orders, the same should not have been already in progress.


Please note that order modification is independent of the fact that you may have bought the product during a promotion.

In case of pre-paid orders, the excess amount that you paid will be refunded to you in the form of Credit to your Chikankari.com Wallet which you can use for your future purchases.

In case you wish to cancel or modify your order, or some items in the order (International Orders):

We request you to please connect with our Customer Support Team so that they can accommodate your request and make the necessary changes to your order.

In case of pre-paid orders, the excess amount that you paid will be refunded to you in the form of Credit to your Chikankari.com Wallet which you can use for your future purchases.

Exception to Request:

We believe in a ‘No Questions Asked’ Policy where the cancellation depends simply on whether the order has been shipped from our warehouse or not.

In case the order has not been shipped, our Customer Support team can assist you in cancelling your order, or some items of the order.

In case the order has been shipped and you wish to cancel the order, please let our customer support team know so they can put your request on record. In case the product is already out for delivery, all you have to do is reject the package and ask the delivery personnel to return the package to us. Once we receive the package, your refund to your Chikankari.com Wallet (in case of pre-paid orders) will be underway in no time.

Exceptions to Request:

You cannot cancel any item that has been customised on your request.

Chikankari.com reserves the right to cancel any order in case the products face quality issues, or in case of any unforeseen reason. You will be informed by our team if this happens.
